Package 2:

“Sweetheart” – $550.00

Our “Sweetheart” package provides couples the same stress-free planning as offered in our “Peace of Mind” package. They need just a bit more time with our coordinator to ensure every aspect of your wedding is perfect.

Package 3:

“Sweetie Pie” – $680.00

day of coordinatingOur “Sweetie Pie” package gives couples more flexibility and time with our coordinator. This day of coordination package is catered to busy couples. Couples who want a dream wedding who lack time to plan and see their vision.

Package 4:

“Loves All In!” – $800.00

day of coordination packageOur very best and most popular wedding day of coordination package. The V.I.B., Very Important Bride. It is designed to give more attention to couples that really would love total peace of mind. They are looking for the ultimate in stress-free planning!

Package 5:

“Venue Scouting and Procurement” – $575.00

Researching and selecting the right wedding venue can be hard, along with finding the perfect wedding vendors to go along with it. Add our Venue Scouting & Procurement Component to any of our wedding day of coordination packages.

Package 6:

“Destination Coordination” – $1500.00 +

Package 1: “Peace of Mind”- $350.00

Before your event:

  • One in-person consultation
    • Venue walkthrough
    • Discussion of your desired layout and timeline for the day of your event
    • Please provide me with vendor contact information
      • We can provide a list of preferred vendors upon request
    • Unlimited call/text/email consultation
    • Final detail confirmation with all vendors the week of your event

The Day of Your Event:

  • Coordination services: 5 hours
    • Serve as point of contact for all vendors
      • Vendors coordinated/directed based on provided layout and timeline discussed at final consultation
      • Final payment distributed to all vendors on your behalf (if desired)
    • Role of the DOC once the event begins-
      • Welcome and direct guest to the event area
      • Manage Cocktail Hour (if applicable)
      • Assist Guests with any questions or concerns

Payment for this service is due 24 hours before the Event

Package 2: “Sweetheart” – $550.00

Before your event:

  • Two in-person consultations
    • Venue walkthrough
    • Discussion of your desired layout and timeline for the day of your event
    • Please provide me with vendor contact information
      • We can provide a list of preferred vendors upon request
    • Unlimited call/text/email consultation
    • Final detail confirmation with all vendors the week of your event

The Day of Your Event:

  • Coordination services: 8 hours
    • Serve as point of contact for all vendors
      • Vendors coordinated/directed based on provided layout and timeline discussed at final consultation
      • Final payment distributed to all vendors on your behalf (if desired)
    • Monitor setup of Venue according to the plan specified at final consultation
      • Which also includes overseeing the locations of and decorating for the following areas(as applicable, based on event type):
        • Bar Area
        • Guest(s) of honor Table
        • Bridal Party Tables** (weddings only)
        • Cake Table
        • Cocktail/ Hors d’oeuvresTables
        • Gift Table
        • Guest Book Area
        • Guest Tables
        • Photo Area
      • Role of the DOC once the event begins-
        • Welcome and direct guest to the event area
        • Manage Cocktail Hour (if applicable)
        • Assist Guests with any questions or concerns

Package 3: “Sweetie Pie” – $680.00

    • Discussion of your desired layout and timeline for the day of your event
    • Please provide me with vendor contact information
      • We can provide a list of preferred vendors upon request
    • Unlimited call/text/email consultation
    • Final detail confirmation with all vendors the week of your event

The Day of Your Event:

  • Coordination services: 10 hours
    • Serve as point of contact for all vendors
      • Vendors coordinated/directed based on provided layout and timeline discussed at final consultation
      • Final payment distributed to all vendors on your behalf (if desired)
    • We assume responsibility for setup of venue according to the plan specified at final consultation (We set up, you RELAX!)
      • Which also includes overseeing the set up of and decorating for the following areas(as applicable, based on event type):
        • Bar Area
        • Guest(s) of honor Table
        • Bridal Party Tables** (weddings only)
        • Cake Table
        • Cocktail/ Hors d’oeuvresTables
        • Gift Table
        • Guest Book Area
        • Guest Tables
        • Photo Area
      • Role of the DOC once the event begins-
        • Welcome and direct guest to the event area
        • Manage Cocktail Hour (if applicable)
        • Assist Guests with any questions or concerns

Payment for this service is due one week before the Event

Package 4: “Loves All In!” – Starting at $800.00

(based on options chosen below)

Before your event:

  • Up to 5 in-person consultations
    • Up to 3 Venue walkthroughs
    • Discussion of your desired layout and timeline for the day of your event
    • Please provide me with vendor contact information
      • We can provide a list of preferred vendors upon request
      • Advice and recommendations for local vendors
      • I will work directly with all selected vendors making all arrangements on your behalf.
    • Unlimited call/text/email consultation
    • Final detail confirmation with all vendors the week of your event

The Day of Your Event:

  • Coordination services: 12 hours
    • Serve as point of contact for all vendors
      • Vendors coordinated/directed based on provided layout and timeline discussed at final consultation
      • Final payment distributed to all vendors on your behalf (if desired)
    • We assume responsibility for setup of venue according to the plan specified at final consultation (We set up, you RELAX!)
      • Which also includes overseeing or executing the set up of and decorating for the following areas(as applicable, based on event type):
        • Bar Area
        • Guest(s) of honor Table
        • Bridal Party Tables** (weddings only)
        • Cake Table
        • Cocktail/ Hors d’oeuvresTables
        • Gift Table
        • Guest Book Area
        • Guest Tables
        • Photo Area
      • Role of the DOC once the event begins-
        • On-site Coordinator for outside vendors as well as with the venue staff
          • Distribute final payments as needed
        • Coordinate Guests Onsite:
          • Welcome and direct guest to the event area
          • Manage entire event from start to finish
        • Assist Guest with any questions or concerns
          • Ex: finding seats, restrooms, gift area, etc
        • Point of contact for all vendors for the entirety of the event (You don’t worry about a single thing!)
      • Site Clean up: TWO OPTIONS
        • Option A: Oversee clean up of the Reception area
          • Which also includes making sure all cards/gifts and guest book, where applicable, go to the correct point person to deliver to the guest(s) of honor
          • Any rented items are taken care of by a point person (designated before event date)
          • We will clean the venue to the specifications of the contract
        • Option B: We assume responsibility for break down of the Reception area
      • Which also includes making sure all cards/gifts and guest book go to the correct point person to deliver to the bride and groom
        • Which also includes making sure all cards/gifts and guest book, where applicable, go to the correct point person to deliver to the guest(s) of honor
        • Any rented items are taken care of by Galloway Weddings & Events
        • Venue clean up is taken care of by Galloway Weddings & Events

Payment for this service is due one week before the Event

Package 5: Venue Scouting and Procurement – $575.00

This coordination package includes the following:

  • A wedding venue search and recommendations — We will find the right venue for you! We will provide the top 5 sites based on your budget, needs, and wants.
  • We will research and tour each site, meet with the venue manager and get information packets for your review. During our meeting, we will discuss guest capacity, catering options, ceremony location, and hotels that are nearby.
  • We will set up appointments for viewing of the venues you are interested in allowing you to sit face to face with the representative and review all contract options.
    Wedding Vendor Services Research and Recommendations — Let us help you hire the perfect wedding vendor for your big day. We have a vast database of exceptional vendors we have worked with and recommend.
  • If you need a particular type of vendor — We will do the research and find them for you based on your needs.
  • We will gather and provide all the essential information about that vendor to you to help you make the right decision to hire.
